Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 10hrs per day (breaks during the day)+ half day Saturday morning (ideally).
Average weekly hours: 54hrs
Salary: EUR 3,500 to 4,000 NET per month (negotiable)

An Oslo-based family of five is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to join them from early March 2026. The family currently receives help from a newborn care specialist placed by Little Ones. A handover between you & her will most likely happen to ensure a smooth transition.
Both parents are hands-on and very involved in their children’s daily lives; however, with three little ones under the age of five & as they are both working they are looking for an extra pair of capable, reliable hands.
Your role will include all standard nanny duties, with a focus on supporting the baby throughout the day. Mum will also be at home caring for him, which means you will have regular breaks. Nursery runs will be shared between you and the parents, so being a confident driver is highly preferred to make day-to-day logistics easier.
Accommodation consists of a private studio flat with a separate entrance, offering full independence and comfort.
The family has previously hosted Au Pairs and is now seeking a more experienced and professional nanny to join their household long-term. They welcome all additional languages, provided you speak fluent English. They hope to find someone warm, adaptable, and eager to become a valued part of their family life.
They know that caring for three young children can be demanding, particularly in the early years, but as the youngest grows and begins nursery, the routine will naturally ease. The family is very outdoorsy and enjoys spending time at their summer house and winter cabin in Norway, as well as travelling internationally.
