Salary: From £70,000 Annual Gross, depending on experience + discretionary bonuses

Overview:

A high-profile family based in London is looking for an experienced and highly professional rota nanny to join their household. This is a shared-care role, as the parents are very hands-on (with parents working from home), so the nanny must be confident working collaboratively while also taking initiative. The family is looking for a high-calibre candidate with strong experience caring for young children, particularly under 5s, and someone who brings a proactive, switched-on, and adaptable approach. They value a nanny who encourages an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle, supports development through real-world experiences, and brings creativity and structure to the children’s day.

Duties:

Providing attentive care for both children, supporting routines, planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities, encouraging outdoor play and experiences, nursery support for the eldest child (from September), travelling with the family, and working alongside the parents in a collaborative, shared-care environment.

Skills and other requirements:

Extensive experience with young children (babies and toddlers)

High-calibre, professional, and proactive approach

Strong understanding of early years development

Flexible and happy to travel regularly

Longevity in previous roles

Active, engaging, and creative personality

Fluent English

DBS & Paediatric First Aid

Right to work in the UK
