First-Time Mother | Newborn Care | Extended Postpartum Support

A first-time mother is seeking an exceptionally experienced Maternity Nurse to support her following the birth of her first baby in London.

The family will be travelling to London for the delivery and plans to remain there for a period after the birth. They are looking for a warm, nurturing and knowledgeable Maternity Nurse (non-medical) who can provide consistent, hands-on support throughout the postpartum period.

The Maternity Nurse will provide comprehensive newborn care while offering practical guidance and reassurance to the mother as she adjusts to life with her baby.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing all aspects of newborn care, including feeding, bathing, changing and settling.
- Establishing age-appropriate sleep patterns and gentle daily routines.
- Sharing knowledge and practical guidance to help the mother develop confidence in caring for her baby independently.
- Providing advice and reassurance around newborn development and day-to-day care.
- Supporting the mother's recovery and wellbeing during the early postpartum period.
- Maintaining a calm, organised and nurturing environment for both mother and baby.

Location: London initially, with the possibility of continuing support in Amman, Jordan, and travelling to Greece

Duration: 3- 6 months

Start Date: Late May /early June 2027
