Start: Mid-February 2027
Hours: Monday–Friday | 50 hours per week (Mon - Thurs 8am - 7pm, Friday (flexible shorter day) eg 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm)
Salary: £60,000 gross per annum
Position: Sole Charge
Travel: Occasional travel with the family

The Park Collective is delighted to be assisting a lovely family in Gloucester Road, SW5, in their search for an experienced and confident live-out nanny to care for their daughter, born in September 2026.

As first-time parents, the family are looking for a warm, personable and proactive nanny who will work collaboratively with them, respecting their parenting preferences whilst confidently offering guidance and suggestions as their daughter grows.

Previous baby experience is essential, alongside a good understanding of infant development, routines and weaning.

The role will involve all aspects of daily care, including preparing nutritious meals, managing nursery duties and proactively planning age-appropriate activities and local outings. The nanny will also accompany the baby to classes selected by the parents.

The ideal candidate will be confident, sociable, organised and genuinely passionate about supporting early development.

French or Spanish language skills would be a bonus, but are not essential.
