Part-Time Nanny Wanted – Spanish-Speaking - 2 days a week

A family on the Gold Coast is seeking a warm, reliable, and caring part-time nanny to care for our two-year-old son approximately two full days per week, with occasional evening babysitting for special occasions.

About the Role

Initially, mom will be present during your time with the child to build trust and familiarity. As your relationship develops, you will provide independent childcare. Your primary focus will be providing attentive, loving, and engaging care.

The position includes light childcare tasks such as preparing simple meals and tidying up, but your main responsibility is nurturing the child's development and well-being.

Key Requirements

Fluent Spanish is essential – ideally native fluency. The family ideally wants their son to grow up naturally exposed to the language through daily conversation, books, songs, and play.

Essential Qualities:
- Patient, affectionate, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Proactive in planning age-appropriate activities
- Comfortable spending time outdoors, reading, and supporting developmental milestones
- Prior experience with toddlers is preferred
- Reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and professional
