THE OPPORTUNITY

Superstar Nannies is recruiting an exceptional International Nanny for a distinguished private family in beautiful Koh Samui, Thailand.

The family is particularly interested in experienced Filipino nannies with a background in Royal, UHNW or high-profile households. Applications are welcome from all suitably qualified candidates.

You will care for two children, a girl aged four and a boy aged six. Their eight-year-old sister has her own Governess.

We are seeking a warm, energetic and discreet professional who can create a stimulating English-speaking environment, nurture the children's confidence and development, and integrate seamlessly into a fully staffed household.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver attentive, personalised childcare for both children.

Encourage fluent English through conversation, reading, creative play and educational activities.

Support emotional development, independence and positive behaviour with gentle, consistent boundaries.

Organise outdoor activities, outings and enriching experiences.

Assist with dressing, hygiene, school routines, snacks, light meals and occasional lunchboxes.

Help with simple hairstyling and braiding.

Safely drive the children to school and activities in a family-provided car.

Travel internationally with the family and maintain familiar routines.

Work closely with a second nanny and other household professionals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3 years' professional nanny or childcare experience.

Advanced English (C1 or equivalent).

Valid driving licence and proven safe driving experience.

Strong knowledge of early childhood development and positive behaviour guidance.

Confidence supporting children with strong personalities.

Warmth, patience, emotional maturity and excellent communication.

Impeccable discretion, presentation and professional standards.

Willingness to relocate to Thailand and travel internationally.

Willingness to undergo appropriate background checks and medical assessment, subject to applicable law.

Highly desirable: Royal, UHNW or VIP household experience; excellent long-term references; childcare, education or child psychology qualifications; paediatric first aid; and experience in fully staffed international homes.

WORKING HOURS

School term: Monday–Friday, 3 pm–9 pm; Saturday, 7 am–9 pm. One weekday off.

School holidays: Typically 7 am–9 pm or 8 am–9 pm, with at least three hours of daily breaks and support from a second nanny. Flexibility is required during travel.

THE PACKAGE

$4,000–$5,000 USD per month, negotiable according to experience.

Private en-suite bedroom in a separate two-bedroom staff residence within the resort, approximately 10 minutes from the family villa.

Shared living area, kitchen and veranda.

Meals, flights and visa support provided.

Family vehicle available for work-related driving.

Permanent roles: two periods of 14 days' paid leave annually, arranged outside school holidays and family travel.

Rotational arrangements may be considered, with a minimum three-month assignment.
