A warm, experienced Temporary Nanny is required near Hungerford, Berkshire, to care for three children aged 5 years, 3 years and 3 months over the Christmas holidays, providing fun activities and practical childcare support.

Job Summary

A lovely returning Eden family based near Hungerford are looking for a friendly, capable Temporary Nanny to help care for their three children during the Christmas holidays. The parents will be around and involved, so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside them while confidently taking responsibility when needed.
The family are keen for the children to enjoy their holidays, with plenty of outdoor walks, nature activities and creative indoor play. The role also includes preparing simple meals, children's laundry and keeping their bedrooms and play areas tidy. Most meals will be prepared in advance by the family's permanent nanny, however the nanny must be mindful of the children's food allergies. The position is based in a rural location, so candidates must be able to travel to the property independently. There are no resident pets, although visiting dogs may occasionally be present.
Booking Dates: 19th–24th and 27th–29th December confirmed, with 30th–31st December and 2nd–3rd January to be confirmed. Christmas Eve may be a half-day.

Job Specification
• Provide attentive care for all three children.
• Plan enjoyable outdoor and indoor holiday activities.
• Prepare and serve children's lunch and supper.
• Manage feeding and daily care for the baby.
• Be mindful of the children's food allergies when preparing and serving meals.
• Undertake children's laundry and ironing.
