Hello nannies,

A lovely expat family based in Dubai is looking for a native English-speaking Rota Nanny to join their supportive team in a fully staffed household.

The position follows a 21-day on/off rotation, caring for three children aged 13 (G), 8 (G) and 7 (B). All three children attend school and are bilingual in English and Russian.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the existing nanny to ensure continuity of care and smooth handovers.
* Plan and organise engaging, educational, creative and fun activities tailored to the children’s ages and interests.
* Foster a positive, nurturing environment that supports each child’s individual development and interests.
* Manage the children’s ironing and wardrobes.
* Provide 24-hour availability whilst on duty, with flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule. Daily downtime and breaks are provided.
* Prepare nutritious snack boxes for school. A private chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family.
* Commit to a 21-day on/off rota schedule, with some flexibility required.
* Accompany the family on international travel during school holidays.
* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other household staff.
* Manage school drop-offs, pick-ups and transport to extracurricular activities.
* Provide a combination of shared and sole-charge care. Mum is very hands-on and actively involved in the children’s day-to-day routines.

Salary: AED 21,000–24,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits: Visa, flights, and live-in accommodation whilst on duty are provided.
