TEMP ROLE - working 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

Excellent opportunity for experienced, professionally qualified Rota Nanny to join a family in Virginia Water, Surrey, caring for a 5 year old girl who attends school.

The mother, a Company Director, is seeking a highly organised, proactive and nurturing Nanny with previous rota experience who can provide a happy, stimulating and structured environment for her daughter.

The ideal candidate will have a fun, engaging, big-sister approach whilst naturally commanding respect, establishing appropriate boundaries and maintaining the routines set by the mother.

Responsibilities will include all nursery duties, school runs, assisting with homework, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and encouraging creativity through arts, crafts and imaginative play. Preparing fresh, healthy and nutritious meals will also be an important part of the role. The successful candidate will be confident taking initiative, anticipating the child's needs and ensuring her days are both enjoyable and productive while keeping the Mother updated.

A Housekeeper is employed, allowing the Nanny to concentrate on the child's care and development.
A recognised childcare qualification is essential, together with proven experience working in a rota position. Candidates must be confident drivers and a car will be provided for use on duty.

The Nanny will be provided with her own en-suite accommodation whilst on duty.
The family's current Rota Nanny, who has been employed for 5 years, highly recommends the position.
