Salary: Up to £120,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced, warm and energetic Rota Baby Nanny to join a high-profile family based in Riyadh, caring for their baby boy, who will be approximately six months old at the start of the role.

This is a well-resourced, fully staffed household where both parents are actively involved in their son's care. The family are looking for someone kind, nurturing and knowledgeable, who can provide exceptional care whilst working collaboratively with the parents and wider household team.

The role will involve all aspects of the baby's daily care, including feeding, sleep routines, nursery duties, organising age-appropriate activities and supporting his ongoing development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant milestones and enjoy creating an engaging, stimulating and nurturing environment as the baby grows.

We are looking for someone naturally energetic, hands-on and proactive, with a genuinely warm and affectionate approach. Previous experience working within high-profile or UHNW households is essential, alongside a strong understanding of the professionalism, flexibility and discretion required in these environments.

The position will operate on a rota basis, with the family open to discussing arrangements such as four weeks on/four weeks off or eight weeks on/eight weeks off, depending on the candidate's availability and preferences.

The family travel periodically, and the successful candidate should be comfortable accompanying them internationally, ensuring continuity of care and assisting with the baby's travel preparations.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, organised, adaptable and confident caring for babies through their different developmental stages. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a fully staffed household are particularly important.

No cooking or driving is required.

The family are offering a competitive salary of up to £120,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience.
