Live-In Nanny Housekeeper – Switzerland

SuperNannies is delighted to be assisting a lovely, professional family in Switzerland who are seeking an experienced, warm and proactive Live-In Nanny Housekeeper to join their household on a long-term basis.
The family have two young children, aged 4 and 2 years, with a new baby due in January 2027. They are looking for a capable, organised and nurturing candidate who can provide excellent childcare while helping the family maintain a calm, tidy and well-organised home.

The Role
Contract: Long-term, permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Approximately CHF 3,300 per month
Accommodation: High-end, private luxury accommodation within the family’s home

Duties and Responsibilities
Providing attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care for the children.
Supporting the children's daily routines, including dressing, meals, naps and bedtime as required.
Planning engaging, creative and educational activities to support their development.
Organising outings and activities and encouraging outdoor play.
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Cooking family meals while the two older children are at kindergarten.
Helping maintain a tidy, organised and well-managed household.
Keeping children's areas, toys and belongings organised and ensuring the kitchen and family spaces are left tidy after use.
Supporting the family with the transition to life with their new baby in January 2027.

Please note: The family employ a cleaner/maid, so there are no general cleaning duties. The housekeeping element is focused on keeping the home organised and tidy, alongside the usual responsibilities associated with childcare and family meal preparation.

You must be fluent in English
Experienced in caring for young children, ideally with previous nanny experience in a private household.
