About the Role

Fitzrovia Private Staff is delighted to be representing a private family in West London seeking an experienced, warm and dedicated French-speaking Live-Out Nanny to care for their toddler.

The family is looking for a nurturing, proactive and highly organised individual who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a stimulating, engaging and supportive environment.

This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a professional nanny who takes pride in their work and is looking to establish a lasting relationship with a private family.

The Role

* Providing attentive, nurturing and developmentally appropriate care.
* Planning engaging activities, educational play and outings.
* Supporting the child’s daily routines, development and milestones.
* Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the child.
* Managing all nursery duties, including laundry, wardrobe organisation and maintaining tidy play areas.
* Organising activities, playdates and age-appropriate experiences.
* Preparing and packing the child’s belongings when travelling.
* Accompanying the family on international travel when required.
* Working collaboratively with the family and wider household team.

The Ideal Candidate

* Fluent French speaker – essential.
* An experienced professional nanny, ideally with at least five years of relevant experience.
* Warm, nurturing, patient and genuinely passionate about childcare.
* Confident caring for toddlers and supporting early childhood development.
* Calm, adaptable and capable of using their initiative.
* Highly organised, reliable and discreet.
* A confident communicator with a professional approach.
* Comfortable working within a private household.
* Flexible and happy to travel internationally.

A relevant childcare qualification and driving licence would be advantageous but are not essential.
