Nanny-Housekeeper
We are a friendly family of five seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny / Housekeeper to care for our three children, aged 5–8, and help our home run smoothly. We recently moved to London from New York; both parents work full-time and travel regularly.

We’re looking for someone warm and engaging with the children who also enjoys cooking, organising and taking ownership of day-to-day family tasks. This is a long-term role, and we hope to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family.
The children attend school in Kew, and their activities are generally within 3 miles of home or school.
Childcare includes
school pick-up and activity drop-offs
supervising playdates
supporting homework and reading
preparing healthy snacks and meals
helping the children get organised for school and activities
Bath and bedtime routines may be needed
Keeping their rooms, play areas and belongings tidy and encouraging them to help tidy-up too

Household support is an important part of the position, particularly while the children are at school.
Duties include:
laundry and children’s ironing
changing bed linen
keeping bedrooms and wardrobes organised
preparing family meals, meal planning and cooking
grocery shopping/managing deliveries
keeping the kitchen tidy
loading/unloading dishwasher
Organizing uniforms, sports and swimming kits, activity bags, toys and books
Tidy family living areas
And light errands such as parcels, dry cleaning and replacing children’s supplies.

We have regular cleaning support, so this is not a deep-cleaning role. The focus is on childcare, cooking, laundry, organisation and everyday family housekeeping.
We value someone who takes initiative and notices what needs doing to keep family life running smoothly.

The right person will be warm, dependable, energetic and organised, with relevant nanny experience, confidence caring for three school-age children, excellent references and a proactive approach.
Enjoying cooking and being comfortable combining childcare with household support are important. A driving licence is helpful but not essential. Occasional babysitting or extra hours during school holidays or parent travel would be welcome, but are not required

Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
We can offer a stable, long-term position with a friendly family and the possibility of additional hours.
