Full-Time Nanny – Hampstead, London

A wonderful Finnish family (the family speaks Finnish, Swedish and English) based in Hampstead is looking for an experienced, energetic and confident Full-Time Nanny to join their existing childcare team.

This is a returning JOY! Childcare family, and it has been a pleasure supporting them
with their childcare needs. I have previously placed both their current full-time nanny
and weekend nanny, who are very happy within the family. They are now looking for an
additional full-time nanny to join their busy and welcoming household.
The family has five lovely children aged 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7, so naturally this is a lively home
full of energy, laughter and activity!

Although you will be working as part of a team alongside the family's other full-time
nanny and Mum, the responsibility for the children will often be shared and divided
throughout the day. For example, one nanny may collect some of the children from
school or take them to activities while the other nanny looks after or collects the
younger children, with Mum also caring for some of the children at times.
You therefore need to be equally comfortable working independently with several of the
children as well as working together as a team. Good communication, organisation and
flexibility are really important to make sure everyone's routines, school collections and
activities run smoothly.
The role will involve all typical nanny duties, including helping with the children's daily
routines, school and nursery collections, activities and classes, supporting their
learning and development, organising fun outings, preparing healthy meals and snacks,
and generally ensuring the children are happy, safe and well cared for.
Driving is an important part of the position. The family is therefore looking for a
confident and experienced London driver who is comfortable driving a larger family car,
including a Land Rover, around London.

Position Details:
• Location: Hampstead, London
• Days: 5 days per week, including every Saturday
• Hours: Approximately 11.00–20.00
• Weekly hours: Approximately 45 hours
• Some flexibility around start and finish times will be required depending on the
family's schedule
• Driver: Essential – must be a confident London driver and comfortable driving a
Land Rover
• Start date: ASAP / to be agreed
• Salary: £57 500 gross per year (£18net per hour)
