We are looking for a friendly and patient English-speaking nanny-tutor/companion for a 6-year-old boy in South Kensington.

The main purpose of the role is to help him practise natural everyday English through conversation, reading, games and fun activities. This is not primarily an academic tutoring role; we are looking for someone who can communicate naturally with him, encourage him to speak more English and help build his confidence.

The position is part-time and live-out, approximately 10 hours per week. Sessions will usually be around 1–2 hours per day, with the possibility of slightly longer sessions at weekends. The exact schedule can be discussed depending on availability.

Experience with children aged 5–7 is preferred. Native-level English and a clear British accent are preferred. Formal teaching qualifications are not essential, but childcare or tutoring experience would be an advantage. A valid DBS check is required.

The hourly rate is £30, but this is negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
