Our client is seeking a collaborative and cheerful Live-out Nanny to join their family near Basingstoke.
This is a shared care position working with a baby who is currently 15 months old, alongside a hands-on mother, and 9 years old.
The ideal Nanny will be organised, adaptable, and a confident communicator with a team-player mindset. The Nanny should be comfortable in a countryside setting and enjoy a quiet, rural, equestrian lifestyle, with a confident driving licence and the ability to cook homemade meals for the children. Native-level English is essential; Spanish would be an advantage but is not required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 7:00PM
Duties
• Shared daily care of the baby, following and supporting established routines
• Assisting with feeds, naps, development, and play
• Providing structure and stimulating activities appropriate to developmental stages
• Ensuring the nursery and child-related areas remain tidy and well-organised
• Supporting the family in a discreet and professional manner
• Only nanny duties will apply as the family has a Housekeeper
• Ideally travel with the family 4 weeks a year
• Some occasional babysitting and overnight care
• Cooking meals for the children

Accommodation if Live-in : private room/bathroom on a separate floor
Salary: £45 to £55k gross per year depending on experience and qualifications
Start date: November 2026
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
