Job Summary
A private family based in Zurich is seeking an experienced and versatile Live-In Housekeeper Nanny to join their household on a permanent basis.
The family has had a household helper for the past 12 years, who is now returning to the Philippines, and they are looking for someone who can become a trusted and valued member of the household for the long term.
The role is primarily focused on general housekeeping, cooking and household support, with assistance around the children as required.
The family travels approximately three times per year to their property in the South of France and also spends time in the United States, so the successful candidate should be comfortable with occasional family travel.

Working Hours
Monday–Saturday – approximately 60 hours per week
The working pattern is generally structured around the family's daily routine and may include:
06:30–11:00
Lunch break
15:00–17:00
Break
17:00–20:30

Key Responsibilities
Full general housekeeping
Cleaning and maintaining the household to a high standard
Laundry and ironing
Changing beds and maintaining bedrooms
Keeping living areas clean, tidy and organised
Cooking and preparing meals for the family
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household
Helping with the children as required
General household duties as needed
Supporting the family during periods of travel
Potential travel with the family
Assisting at the family's South of France property when required

Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar private household role
Have strong housekeeping experience
Be confident preparing meals and cooking for a family
Be organised, proactive and discreet
Be comfortable working independently
Have a flexible approach to working hours
Be willing to travel with the family when required
Be comfortable working around older children
Be warm, reliable, and trustworthy
Be looking for a long-term position
Have excellent checkable references

Accommodation
A private bedroom and private bathroom will be provided within the family home.

Compliance
