Live-in Nanny – NATIVE English Speaking ONLY

Paris, France | October 2026 Start | Long-Term Position
Salary: €3,000–€4,000 per month, depending on experience

A warm and dynamic family based in central Paris is seeking an experienced, professional Native English-Speaking Live-in Nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 3½ years and 18 months.

The ideal candidate will be warm, caring, organised and proactive, with a genuine interest in early childhood development and Montessori-inspired learning.

The Role
5 days per week, approximately 45–50 hours
Typical hours around 7:30am–1pm / 3pm–7pm
Up to 2 babysitting evenings per week
Care of two young girls, with a particular focus on the youngest during school hours
Planning and providing engaging, age-appropriate activities
Supporting routines, meals, naps, outings and play
Preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks
Light child-related household support
Occasional sole care of the children while parents travel
Occasional shared accommodation may apply when travelling

The Ideal Candidate
Native English speaker – essential
Excellent experience with toddlers and young children
Montessori knowledge, training or experience highly desirable
Warm, nurturing, energetic and creative
Highly organised and able to work independently
Flexible and confident when travelling
Confident swimmer preferred
Driver preferred
Excellent previous nanny references
Enhanced police/background check from France or equivalent from country of origin
Right to work in France – essential
EU passport preferred/required for the family's international travel requirements
Comfortable with frequent international travel

€3,000–€4,000 per month, depending on experience
Family happy to consider payroll or freelance arrangements
