Overview:
A busy professional family based in Camden is looking for a warm, energetic and dependable Full-Time Nanny Housekeeper to join them on a long-term basis.
They have two boys aged 4.5 years and 15 months. The nanny's main responsibility during the day will be caring for their youngest son, who is currently at home full-time. They are looking for someone who will take an active interest in his development, planning engaging activities, classes and outings and making the most of the family's large garden and the many nearby parks. He is expected to start attending nursery for a few hours a day when he turns two. Their eldest son attends King Alfred School in Golders Green. The nanny will assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups when required and care for him after school. A confident driver is essential, although there is no requirement to have your own car.
Both parents have busy professional careers, so they are looking for someone proactive and down-to-earth who is happy to get stuck in and work as part of the family. They would particularly value someone who notices what needs doing and can help make day-to-day family life easier and more organised.

Duties:

The role will include all standard nanny duties, caring for the youngest child throughout the day, planning age-appropriate developmental activities, classes and outings, preparing healthy meals and snacks, managing naps and routines, and supporting his development through play.
The nanny will also help with school drop-offs and pick-ups for the eldest child, after-school care and activities, and both children's evening routines.
Alongside childcare, some light household support will be required, including family laundry, loading and unloading the dishwasher, grocery shopping, food preparation, keeping the home and children's areas tidy and organised, and feeding the family dog.
The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, reliable, flexible and proactive, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to support two busy parents. The family is looking for someone who wants to build a strong relationship with the children and become a consistent, long-term part of their family life.

Skills and other requirements:

* Years of experience: Minimum 5
* Languages: Fluent English essential. Arabic, ideally Levantine dialect, would be a bonus but is not required
* Driver: Yes, must, family can provide a car
* Travel: Minimum 2 weeks per year during Summer
