Full-Time Nanny – Dubai and International Travel

We are a Swiss-Belgian family living in Dubai, looking for an energetic and experienced nanny to join our family on a long-term basis.

We have three young children: a five-year-old girl, a nearly four-year-old boy and an 18-month-old girl. We have plenty of help in the house, so the nanny’s responsibilities will be focused entirely on the children rather than general household work.

We travel frequently and spend approximately six months of the year in Europe or travelling internationally. We also have a base in Switzerland, where our children may attend school for part of the year. We are therefore looking for someone flexible who is happy to travel and spend extended periods abroad with our family.

The role will include:
- Helping with the children’s daily routines
- Organising fun, creative and age-appropriate activities
- Taking the children to school, activities and outings
- Supporting their learning and development
- Making sure the children have their meals and snacks and managing their school lunchboxes
- Helping maintain an organised and positive environment for the children
- Working closely and communicating openly with the parents

We are looking for someone who:
- Genuinely loves children and has positive energy
- Has strong experience caring for young children
- Is active, responsible, organised and reliable
- Is flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel
- Has excellent references from previous families
- Holds a current paediatric first-aid certificate
- Is already based in Dubai, ideally
- Speaks excellent English; French would be a strong advantage
- Is looking for a long-term position and wants to become a trusted part of our family life

This is a full-time position, but we can be very flexible when agreeing on the working schedule. The living arrangement can also be discussed depending on the candidate.
