Private tutor / Educational Mentor role in Qatar:
A family Qatar-based family is seeking a full time nanny/ tutor to join them on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to play a key role in the academic development of four school-aged children (Middle and High School), providing personalised tuition, educational guidance and ongoing support throughout their educational journey.

The successful candidate will be confident delivering high-quality one-to-one tuition across a broad range of subjects, with a particular strength in English and experience of the American curriculum being highly desirable. Alongside academic teaching, you will help develop effective study habits, build confidence and encourage independent learning. Where specialist subject support is required, you will assist in sourcing and coordinating external tutors.

The Role:
Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition after school.
Support homework, revision, exam preparation and study skills.
Foster confidence, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
Monitor academic progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Coordinate specialist tutors where required.
Assist with school-related administration and educational planning.
Accompany the family on occasional international travel where required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
An experienced private tutor, educator or governess with a strong academic background.
Confident teaching students at Middle and High School level.
Familiar with the American curriculum (preferred).
Organised, proactive and highly professional.
Able to build excellent rapport with teenagers while maintaining high academic expectations.
Looking for a long-term position with one family.

Package:
£50,000 per annum DOE, with scope for a higher salary for an exceptional candidate.
Long-term permanent position.
Accomodation provided.
Flights, basic medical insurance and annual leave provided.
Excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a welcoming international family.
Full time role, Monday-Friday.
Hours TBC.
