This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nanny to join a lovely family in Madrid, offering a long-term sole-charge position with two young children and the option of excellent private accommodation within the family home.

Summary
A lovely family based in Madrid are looking for a warm, caring and experienced Nanny to join them on a permanent basis.

The role is sole charge of two children (a 2-year-old daughter and 3-month-old baby). The older daughter is very energetic and has experienced a lot of change recently with the arrival of her new sibling and the family moving around, so they are looking for someone patient, nurturing and consistent who can provide a stable and positive presence.

The successful candidate will need to be confident setting boundaries and providing age-appropriate authority while remaining loving, fun and engaging. The daughter is bright and enjoys being stimulated, so someone smart, creative and proactive who can plan activities and keep her entertained will be important.

The family have a housekeeper, so the role is focused on childcare rather than housekeeping.
The 2-year-old can be fussy with food, so the family would particularly value someone creative with children's meals who can encourage healthy eating in an engaging way.

The family occasionally travel to the UK and France and would be happy for the nanny to travel with them.

They are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in a long-term position and can become a trusted and valued member of the household.
