Nanny
A lovely family based in Penn, Buckinghamshire is seeking a Live-In Junior Nanny to care for their bright, curious 18-month-old toddler.
This is a long-term, full-time permanent position for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and takes pride in creating a happy, stimulating and well-structured environment.
The successful candidate will have private live-in accommodation, including their own bedroom and bathroom, with all living costs covered, including utilities and food.
The family is looking for someone warm, intuitive and nurturing, but equally organised, proactive and confident managing the day independently. You will become a trusted and valued part of family life, working closely with both parents and taking genuine ownership of the child's routine, development and wellbeing.
The Role
The focus is on providing exceptional, attentive care throughout the day, with plenty of opportunity for play, exploration and learning. You will plan age-appropriate activities, organise outings and classes, prepare nutritious meals and maintain a consistent and enjoyable daily rhythm.
Both parents work full time, so the family would like someone confident taking initiative, anticipating the child's needs and communicating openly and thoughtfully with parents.

Confident creating stimulating, educational and age-appropriate activities
Highly organised, proactive and able to take responsibility for the day
