Open to either a live in or out role

Can be flexible on hrs to suit candidate
But preferentially do need regular help ideally Mon, Weds, Fridays mornings min.. to help get daughter ready and to nursery.
Other and or further hrs happy to discuss what works best for candidate. As I can work my remote working hrs and commitments around childcare.

Open to part time hrs for example if someone has other things going on. With option of extra hrs if desired.

Or more hrs if desired, can be discussed.

Anything between 20-40hrs would work for us.

We are a down to earth, respectful, easy going friendly family setup.
No over formalities with us. So someone used to working with HNW/UHNW families looking for that setup, perhaps not suited. I spend time with my daughter, but also need time to get my things done. So we do need an extra pair of hands, someone she can come to learn from, have fun with, go on great outings with, and a lovely addition to her life. While her mum has to do boring mum / work / life things!

We successfully had a great recent au pair my daughter called her her best friend. And has adored. Who’s sadly returning to university to further her education.
So I’m looking for someone just as great, just as special, to widen her world further.
Give her love, support, good guidance, and share good times with.

Toddler experience would be preferred and ideally essential. As they’re still working out the world at this age. And so need someone to guide them through life - In a fun, positive, engaging way. But equipt with leadership in their approach also.

She’s a very cute fun cheeky loving little girl. Who love to get out and about trying lots of different things.
Someone who is happy for a cold day park trip if the weathers that way, but equally so many thing to do indoors she loves too.
But the openness to be flexible and motivated a must.
Toddlers need energy, something I personally lack lately with my boring mum life commitments. So someone to add some extra energy to her life and make it more fun is what I’m looking for. Not simply childcare, but to widen her world and make it fun.
