Part-Time After-School Nanny Required | 3 Days per Week | £20/hr Gross

We are a friendly family looking for a caring, reliable and proactive after-school nanny for our two children, aged 10 (boy) and 8 (girl).

Hours: 3 days per week, 2:00pm to 7:00pm
Pay: £20 per hour (gross)
Start: Flexible for the right candidate

The role will involve:

School pick-up
Bringing the children home and supervising their after-school routine
Supporting homework and encouraging good study habits
Taking the children to extracurricular activities and clubs
Preparing healthy snacks and simple evening meals
Providing a warm, positive and supportive environment

We would also appreciate help with some family housekeeping, including:

Ironing
Tidying children's bedrooms and play/study areas
Loading/unloading the dishwasher
Keeping the kitchen tidy after children's meals
Occasional errands related to the children

A family car will be provided during working hours for school runs and activities, although a full UK driving licence is essential.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced with school-age children
Organised, dependable and proactive
Warm, engaging and able to build a good relationship with the children
Happy to commit to a long-term position
Able to provide excellent references

This would be an excellent role for an experienced nanny looking for a part-time position with older children who enjoy a range of activities and are generally independent.
