Overview:
A friendly family in Chiswick is looking for a live-in nanny to care for their two girls, aged 3 and 5. Their eldest is in primary school and their youngest attends nursery four days per week. Both parents work full time but are very hands-on, so the nanny will have sole charge during working hours while becoming part of busy family life.

They are looking for someone warm, fun and experienced with young children, who is also calm and confident setting boundaries. The role has split hours during term time and full days during the school holidays, with some flexibility needed for illness or school closures. The nanny will also be required to babysit 6 times per month (including one Saturday). The nanny will have a large private ensuite room on the top floor of the family home.

Duties:
The role will include getting the girls ready in the mornings, school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, planning activities and playdates, and taking them to parks, classes and outings. The nanny will prepare healthy, simple meals for the children and manage their afternoon routine, including bath and bedtime.
All standard nanny duties are included, such as children's laundry, tidying up after meals and activities, and keeping their toys and belongings organised. The family already has a cleaner, so no general housekeeping is required. They are looking for someone proactive, reliable and resilient, with good experience caring for toddlers and young children.

Skills and other requirements:
* At least one year nannying experience
* At least 2-3 years childcare experience
* Happy to travel with the family occasionally
* Happy to do proxy parenting
* Experience with similar aged children
