Stanton Miller Recruitment is seeking two experienced, warm and highly professional Live-Out Nannies to join a fully staffed private household caring for two young children aged 4 months and 2 years.

These are entirely childcare-focused positions with no wider household responsibilities. The family is looking for exceptional nannies with strong baby and toddler experience who are warm, engaging, calm, dependable and highly organised.

Hours: 8:00am–8:00pm
Arrangement: Live-out
Contract: Fixed term to 31 July 2027
Start: ASAP
Salary: Competitive / dependent on experience
Children: 4 months and 2 years
Travel: Occasional travel to Paris
Driving: Not required
Overnights: No regular overnight care
Working days/location: To be confirmed before interview

The Role
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children
Manage their daily routines, including feeding, naps and sleep schedules
Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities, outings and play
Support physical, emotional and developmental milestones
Prepare and organise the children’s meals and snacks
Keep the children’s bedrooms, play areas, toys and belongings organised
Work collaboratively with the existing nanny team and wider household staff
Accompany the family on occasional trips to Paris when required
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for experienced professional nannies with excellent baby and toddler experience and a strong understanding of early-years development and age-appropriate routines.

You should be warm, engaging, calm, dependable and highly organised, while being discreet and comfortable working within a fully staffed private household and alongside other childcare professionals.

Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally when required and hold current paediatric first aid, appropriate childcare qualifications and excellent checkable references.

Candidates must be UK-based with the legal right to work in the UK.
