We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and highly capable Live-In Housekeeper / Nanny to join a private family in Fulham, caring for a beautiful five-bedroom home and supporting two school-aged children.

This is very much a housekeeping-led position – approximately 60% Housekeeping and 40% Nanny – and the family is looking for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a home to an immaculate, pristine standard, with the attention to detail and presentation associated with five-star service.

During school hours, the focus will predominantly be on housekeeping, laundry and household organisation. Before and after school, the focus shifts to the children and their routines.

The Role
Housekeeping – 60%
Hands-on housekeeping of a five-bedroom family home to an exceptional standard
Cleaning, tidying and maintaining a consistently spotless and beautifully presented home
Laundry, ironing and care of household linens
Changing beds and ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculately presented
Wardrobe organisation and management, including care of delicate garments
Keeping the children’s bedrooms and belongings organised
Household shopping, errands and ensuring the home is well stocked
Preparing healthy meals for the children and light family food preparation as agreed
Proactively identifying priorities and managing the household workload independently

Nanny – 40%
Preparing breakfast and helping the children get ready for school
Organising uniforms, school bags and everything required for the day
School drop-offs and collections
Supporting homework, reading and school-related organisation
Organising and accompanying the children to activities and playdates
Managing uniforms, bags and equipment for the following day
Preparing meals and maintaining the children’s usual routines
Bath time and helping the children get ready for bed
Babysitting when agreed in advance

During school holidays, the balance will naturally become more childcare-focused, including organising activities, days out and playdates. The successful candidate must also be happy and able to travel internationally with the family when required.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have previous experience in a combined Housekeeper / Nanny role within a high-end private household, be confident maintaining a substantial family home to an exceptional standard and genuinely enjoy both housekeeping and childcare.

You will be highly organised, proactive, discreet, trustworthy, dependable and flexible, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own day. You should be warm, nurturing and engaging with children, a confident family cook and looking for a genuine long-term position. Excellent, checkable references are essential.

Private live-in accommodation will be provided. Exact working days/hours, driving requirements, accommodation details and start date will be confirmed at interview.

Essential Requirements
Candidates must already be UK-based, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able and willing to travel internationally with the family.
