Three-week rotation ASAP start £70,000–£75,000 gross per annum
A warm, professional and experienced rota nanny is sought for a respectful and well-established family who have recently relocated from the UK to Abu Dhabi. The role is caring for an inquisitive and engaging little boy aged 2, supporting his development, early education and day-to-day routine within a formal staffed household.
The Role
This is a live-in rota position working a three-week rotation. Flights to and from the nanny’s home will be paid for, and a private bedroom and bathroom will be provided while on duty. The family travel internationally, so the nanny must be adaptable, discreet and flexible when accompanying them overseas.
The family are looking for someone who can be both a supportive educational presence and a kind, positive role model. The successful candidate will be confident creating age-appropriate activities, encouraging curiosity, supporting language and social development, and ensuring the little boy has a happy, stimulating and well-structured day.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience working in a formal staffed household is essential.
• Strong experience with children around 2 years old.
• Previous rota experience, or experience covering 24-hour care, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a highly organised approach.
• Polite, well-mannered, discreet and professional at all times.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, particularly when travelling internationally.
• A team-focused personality, able to work alongside and support other household staff.
• Native English speaker is preferred.
Package
• Salary: £70,000–£75,000 gross per annum.
• Option to be engaged on a self-employed basis or through PAYE.
