Nanny-Housekeeper
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a bubbly, warm and proactive temporary Nanny/Housekeeper to support the family whilst the parents are away from 13th - 17th September. There is also the potential for the role to become permanent should the candidate and family be a good long-term fit.
The family have two boys aged 4 and 7, who attend different schools located next door to one another. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the boys throughout their school day, including the morning routine, School drop-offs and collections, and taking them to after-school activities such as swimming.
Alongside childcare, the role will include some light housekeeping and family support, including children's laundry, keeping the children's areas tidy and preparing dinner for the family.
The family are looking for someone who is naturally warm, energetic and confident, and who is comfortable working in a busy family home. The boy's grandmother will also be staying at the property, so the successful candidate should be happy working alongside other family members.
This is a very friendly and welcoming family who are looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy becoming part of their household. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Duties Include:
• Managing the boys morning routine
• Preparing the children for school
• School drop-offs and collections
• Driving the children to and from after-school activities
• Supporting with swimming and other activities
• Preparing family dinners
• Children’s Laundry
• Keeping children’s bedrooms and areas tidy
• General light housekeeping
• Providing a warm, nurturing and engaging presence for the children

Candidate Requirements:
• Previous professional nanny experience
• Experience caring for school-aged children
• Full UK driving licence
• Own car or willingness to use a family-provided car
• Warm, bubbly and personable character
• Proactive and organised approach
• Comfortable working alongside family members in the home
• Flexible, hands-on and happy to become part of the family
• Excellent communication skills

Package
Hours: 7.30am – 7/7.30pm – Monday to Friday
Accommodation: Live-in, Private bedroom and bathroom with a private corridor
Salary: £18 – £25 gross per hour
Start Date: 13th September -17th September – With potential to be permanent
