Days & Hours Required: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week | The schedule will vary each week depending on Mum's rotating work schedule. The earliest start will be 7:30am and the latest finish will be 7:00pm, with the exact working hours confirmed in advance each week.

Salary: £55,000–£62,000 gross per annum

Driver: Essential – family car provided

Overview:

A lovely family based in East Finchley is looking for an experienced, organised, and flexible Nanny Housekeeper to care for their two children, aged 4 and 7.

The nanny will be responsible for school drop-offs three days per week and school pick-ups every day, so a confident driver is essential. The family will provide a car for use while working.

Alongside childcare, the family is looking for someone happy to take responsibility for household tasks, including cooking, laundry, ironing, tidying, and general cleaning. Cooking will primarily be for the children, although some flexibility to prepare meals for the wider family would be appreciated.

The family keeps a Kosher household. Previous experience in a Kosher home is not essential, as Mum is very happy to explain their requirements and provide clear guidance.

Duties:

Managing the children's daily routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing meals primarily for the children, organising activities and outings, supporting homework and after-school routines, and providing attentive care throughout the day.

The role will also include household support such as children's and family laundry, washing and ironing, tidying and organising, general cleaning, and helping the household run smoothly. The nanny should be comfortable following the family's guidance around their Kosher kitchen and household.

Skills and other requirements:

Strong previous nanny experience

Experience with school-aged children

Confident driver essential – family car provided

Flexible with a changing weekly schedule

Comfortable with a 50-hour working week

Confident cook and happy to prepare children's meals

Happy to assist with cleaning, laundry and ironing

Organised, proactive and reliable

Comfortable working within a Kosher household and following the family's guidance
