Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny (85\% Housekeeping / 15\% Childcare)

£50,000 gross per annum - live out

A warm and welcoming family based in Banbury are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised live-in Housekeeper/Nanny to become an integral part of their busy household.

The family have three children aged 5 years, 4 years and 4 months, and are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is naturally organised and takes pride in maintaining a well-run home.

This is primarily a housekeeping role (approximately 85\%), with childcare making up around 15\% of the position. The successful candidate will be happy to adapt to the changing needs of family life and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a busy household.

Hours
Typically between 7:00am and 7:00pm
Not all hours will be required every week
Flexibility is essential to meet the family's changing schedule
Responsibilities
Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying and maintaining high household standards
Laundry and ironing
Household organisation and maintaining an efficient home
Family meal preparation where required
Running household errands
Supporting with childcare before and after school, and assisting with the baby when needed
Helping to keep children's areas clean, organised and well maintained
Working alongside the parents and other household support in a collaborative manner

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping and nanny role
Full driving licence and confident driver (essential)
Excellent organisational skills
Eligible to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
