Live-in: Complete top floor of the family home, includes large bedroom, ensuite bathroom, sofa and plenty of space

Rate: £35000-£40000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent)
Days: Monday- Friday (7am – 10am and 3pm – 7pm), with the understanding that additional hours will be required if the girls are unable to attend school. School holidays: approximately 10–12 hours per day, generally from around 7:30am – 6:30pm.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced and nurturing nanny to join a warm family and become a trusted and valued part of their family life. The family are repeat clients of Kensington Nannies and are looking for a professional nanny who can bring a wonderful balance of responsibility, warmth and playful energy to the role. Caring for two bright and inquisitive girls aged 4 and 6, the nanny will become an important adult presence in their lives while also taking a fun, engaging and big-sister-like approach. The girls are affectionate, curious and enjoy a wide range of activities, including swimming, tennis, crafts, reading and spending time outdoors. The younger girl is starting Reception in September, and the family would particularly love a nanny who can encourage her growing love of reading, support her with phonics and make learning feel fun and exciting. Her older sister is already an avid reader, and the ideal nanny will enjoy nurturing both girls' individual interests while encouraging their curiosity and development through everyday experiences. The family are looking for someone who is warm, kind and playful, but equally confident in setting appropriate boundaries and encouraging good manners and behaviour. An educationally minded nanny who can introduce thoughtful activities, encourage independence and create a stimulating environment would be particularly well suited.
