Days and Hours: This 33-hour weekly role follows a flexible schedule across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and weekend mornings. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, working hours are split from 8:15 AM to 6:30 PM (with a scheduled break after school drop offs until 12:30), focusing on helping with the 8:15 AM nursery run, walking the dog, and providing afternoon childcare. Thursdays require a continuous shift from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM to support the family while Mum is at home, while Wednesdays remain a rest day. Weekend support involves flexible morning coverage on either Saturday or Sunday for a few hours, along with babysitting duties once or twice a month as needed.
