Live Out Early Years Nanny for a VVIP Family

A VVIP family in *Abu Dhabi* is seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing *Early Years Nanny* for their *18-month-old daughter*.
This is an active, sporty household with 3 older siblings who each have their own western nannies.

*Role & Schedule*
- *Position*: Live-Out
- *Accommodation*: Private apartment provided
- *Hours*: Very full-time. Hours TBD. Flexibility for 24hr shifts, night shifts, and travel required

*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Full Daily Care*: Feeding, nap routines, bathing, hygiene, and safe sleep for 18-month-old
2. *Early Development*: Support milestones through play-based, sensory, and Montessori-inspired activities
3. *Education & Environment*: Plan age-appropriate activities and maintain a clean, safe, stimulating environment
4. *Chaperoning*: Accompany child to events, family occasions, playdates, and holidays 3-4 times per year
5. *Wellbeing & Communication*: Monitor development, provide daily updates to parents, and follow strict household guidelines
6. *Teamwork*: Work professionally and seamlessly with parents and other nannies in a VVIP household

*Must-Have Requirements*
1. Proven experience with toddlers aged 1-2 years in UHNW/VIP private households
2. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and milestones
3. Warm, patient, energetic personality – must keep up with an active/sporty household
4. Fluent English speaker with excellent, verifiable references + clean background check
5. Comfortable with 24hr shifts, night shifts, and frequent international travel
6.Driver’s licence + driving experience preferred
7. Highest level of discretion and confidentiality. NDA required
8.Western Passport for Travel purposes.
