A lovely VIP family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced, professional and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their infant, with the opportunity to become a long-term and trusted part of the household as the family grows.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Up to 25,000 AED / £5400 per month net, depending on experience
Schedule: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
Travel: International travel may be required

The role:
The nanny will have full daily care of a baby, supporting feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, safety, emotional wellbeing and age-appropriate development.

There will be a strong focus on early years learning and creating a nurturing, stimulating routine at home. This may include:
- Imaginative and creative play
- Sensory activities
- Fine and gross motor development
- Reading, singing and language development
- Outdoor time and age-appropriate outings
- Supporting developmental milestones
- Preparing weekly activity and learning plans
- Creating a calm, consistent daily routine

The family would love someone who brings ideas, initiative and confidence, while also being respectful of the household’s preferences and standards.

Organisation and nursery care:
The nanny will be responsible for keeping the baby’s areas beautifully organised, including the nursery, wardrobe, toys, books, bottles, feeding items and equipment.
This will include toy rotation, keeping items clean and sterilised where needed, and ensuring everything is tidy, labelled and easy to use. The ideal candidate will naturally enjoy creating order and thoughtful systems around the child’s day-to-day care.
