About the Role

We are a warm, loving household with 4 children seeking a full-time, live-in nanny who truly loves children and takes ownership. We want someone who plays with the kids, talks with them, guides them, and becomes someone they feel safe and happy with.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare:
Actively engage with the children through play, conversation, and daily routines
Help with homework and responsibilities
No screens for children
Reduce sugar and unhealthy foods
Encourage children to clean up after themselves and learn responsibility

Household Support:
Keep the home tidy and organized
Prepare simple meals when ingredients are provided
Run local errands, groceries, and pickups/drop-offs
Help with light household tasks and organizing

Required Criteria
Please apply only if you meet the following:

Age 30 or older
Two or fewer jobs in the past five years
Able to drive. You do not need to be a highly confident driver, as confidence can be built over time
Willing to obtain a local driving license after arrival. A current driving license is preferred but not required to apply

Contract & Commitment:
Contract term: 4 years
You may resign or return home at any time
We are looking for someone genuinely interested in a stable, long-term relationship with the family
Living Arrangement & Compensation
Hourly Pay: $25 USD/hour, with annual increases
Schedule: Approximately 55 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Working Weeks: Approximately 48 weeks per year
Total Annual Compensation: Approximately $66,000 USD
Accommodation: Private pool house on a family estate
Initial flight to Bermuda is covered

Certain living and employment-related expenses are paid directly by the employer on the nanny’s behalf and deducted from the total annual
compensation:
Housing: ~$18,000/year
Health Insurance: ~$5,100/year
Social Insurance: ~$3,400/year
Payroll Taxes: ~$2,000/year

Total Employer-Paid Expenses Deducted: ~$28,600/year

Estimated Cash Compensation: Approximately $37,400 USD/year

Housing, health insurance, social insurance, and payroll taxes are included within the total compensation and are not additional benefits on top of the $66,000 annual compensation.

The nanny is responsible for personal expenses including food, beverages, phone service, personal vacations, and travel home.
