Rota Nanny, 3 days on/ 3 days off, Gibraltar, £37k - £50k GPA plus accommodation

A lovely family based in Gibraltar is looking for a warm, experienced and nurturing Nanny to care for their 14-month-old son.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and welcoming family, with a lovely little boy who is a joy to care for. You will be sharing the rota with an experienced Nanny who has been with the family for a long time.

The position is offered on a 3 days on / 3 days off rota, with the possibility of moving to a 1 week on / 1 week off arrangement in the future. Core hours are approximately 8am–7pm, although flexibility is important, and the successful candidate should be comfortable providing full availability when on duty to accommodate the family's needs

Key responsibilities include:
Providing sole charge care for the 14-month-old during your allocated days
Creating a warm, stimulating and nurturing environment
Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
Supporting the child's development and key milestones
Maintaining a consistent daily routine

The ideal candidate will have:
A formal childcare qualification
Strong experience caring for toddlers
Excellent knowledge of child development and developmental milestones
Fluent English
Spanish language skills would be a bonus
A warm, positive and nurturing personality
A flexible and adaptable approach
The ability to work confidently and independently
A genuine team-player mentality and professional approach

Salary: £37k GPA - £50k GPA (plus accommodation if required)
