Full-time live-out nanny-governess required in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai – ASAP START (in California as the family are still on holiday)
A VVIP fully staffed family based in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking an exceptional, professional, and highly educated full-time live-out Governess to support the care, education, and development of their 4-year-old child.

Please note that, as it’s a LIVE-OUT , ideally candidates currently based in Dubai are considered. The family are also open to candidates willing to relocate as long as they would find their own accommodation. Native-level English is essential to ensure seamless communication with the child.

The Role
You will be joining a well-organised household where the other children are cared for by their own dedicated nannies. Your main focus will be the family’s 4-year-old child, providing educational guidance, emotional support, and engaging age-appropriate activities.

The child attends nursery during the mornings, therefore your responsibilities will include managing the daily routine before and after school, planning stimulating activities, encouraging development through play, and creating a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
•? ?Support the child’s educational, emotional, and social development
•? ?Plan and organise engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities
•? ?Assist with the child’s morning routine and nursery preparation
•? ?Manage smooth transitions before and after school
•? ?Encourage learning through play, creativity, and structured activities
•? ?Be attentive, patient, and adaptable to the child’s sensory sensitivities relating to clothing fabrics and skincare products
•? ?Maintain excellent communication with the parents and household staff
•? ?Travel with the family regularly throughout the year, including summer travel from the end of May until the end of August

Schedule
•? ?8-12 hour days depending on family's needs
•? ?5-6 days per week
•? ?Working hours: 07:00 – 19:00

Requirements
•? ?Strong teaching or educational background is mandatory
•? ?Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience required
•? ?Previous experience in a similar VIP, VVIP, or UHNW household is highly preferred
•? ?Native-level English speaker
•? ?Professional, polished, and well-presented at all times
•? ?Positive, energetic, warm, and easy-going personality
•? ?Able to integrate seamlessly into a busy high-profile household
•? ?Flexible, discreet, organised, and proactive
•? ?No driving licence required — dedicated drivers are provided by the family

Salary & Benefits
