A temporary Nanny role caring for a 3-month-old baby, providing practical daytime support and gentle guidance within a family home in Ealing.


This role would suit an experienced nanny with excellent young baby experience who is warm, caring and happy to provide an extra pair of hands during the day. A returning Eden family are looking for an experienced nanny to support them with their three-month-old baby. One of the Dads is currently at home with the baby and would value some regular daytime support, allowing him time to rest and recharge whilst knowing their baby is in experienced hands. The baby is doing really well but currently enjoys lots of contact and being held, so the family would particularly appreciate someone who can gently encourage settling and age-appropriate self-soothing without using a cry-it-out approach. The role is entirely baby focused, and the family place a high value on good hygiene, cleanliness and punctuality. They have a much-loved French Bulldog who is very much part of the family, so being genuinely dog friendly is important.

The booking will initially be for three months, with the potential to develop into a permanent position if it works well for everyone. ASAP, ideally no later than 1st September 2026.

Job Specification
• Providing attentive care for a three-month-old baby
• Supporting the baby’s feeding and daily routine
• Gently encouraging settling and age-appropriate self-soothing
• Planning age-appropriate play and developmental activities
• Undertaking all nursery duties, including baby’s laundry and keeping baby areas clean and organised
• Working collaboratively with Dad whilst he is at home
