Our client is looking for an exceptional Afternoon Nanny who is a **French mother tongue / native French speaker**. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, energy and creativity to the role, supporting the development and daily lives of three secondary school-aged children within a private family environment.

This is a rare long-term opportunity with a private family in Central London for someone who genuinely enjoys making childhood memorable. The successful candidate will be hands-on, engaging and proactive, someone who enjoys creating exciting afternoons, encouraging confidence and independence, and becoming a trusted positive influence in the children’s lives.

Working **two afternoons per week (3:30pm–7:30pm)**, the role also includes additional weekends throughout the year and international travel during school holidays. The family is seeking someone who brings discretion, initiative and a naturally engaging personality, while becoming a valued part of family life.

**Key responsibilities include:**

* Supporting after-school routines and activities
* Coordinating homework schedules and liaising with tutors
* Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Encouraging creativity, confidence and independence
* Coordinating the children’s diaries and day-to-day schedules
* Sole-charge responsibility during agreed periods
* Building a trusted, long-term relationship with the family
