Rotananny
A busy family based between London, Greece and the US, are seeking a professional and experienced Rota Nanny to care for their four children aged 11, 10, 6 and 2. Candidates MUST have the right to work in the UK, but EU and US visas will be organised by the family if required.

They will also be welcoming a baby in January (a Maternity Nurse will be engaged separately for the baby for the first 6 – 12 months).

The role is working two weeks on / off and involves shared care when the parents are present, and a strong, collaborative working relationship with them is essential, as they are actively involved in their children’s lives.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the children’s day-to-day world, working independently and confidently within a fully staffed household, opposite another Rota Nanny.

- Provide full day-to-day care for five children across a wide age range, working a 2 weeks on/off rota with 24-hour cover during working periods
- Plan and deliver engaging, age- and stage-appropriate activities that support each child’s learning and development
- Manage children’s routines, wardrobes, packing and travel logistics, planning ahead independently
- Keep children’s bedrooms, playrooms, wardrobes and other areas tidy and organised
- Manage the children’s laundry and prepare some of their meals
- Communicate closely and collaboratively with the parents, the second rota nanny and wider household staff
- Resolve day-to-day issues independently and proactively, escalating only matters that genuinely require parental input
- Travel internationally with the family, including regular trips to the UK, the US and other holiday destinations

Candidates must be/have:
- A minimum of several years’ experience in a Rota Nanny position within a fully staffed private household
- Strong experience caring for multiple children across a wide range of ages
- A proven ability to plan engaging, age- and stage-appropriate activities supporting children’s learning and development
- Excellent organisational skills, including managing routines, wardrobes, packing and travel logistics
- Highly self-motivated with strong personal initiative, able to plan ahead and manage time effectively without day-to-day direction
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving, with sound judgement and common sense
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, a second rota nanny and wider household staff
- A warm, bubbly, confident and professional manner, with a genuine team-player attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the family
- A confident driver is preferable
- Right to work in the UK

Accommodation
- Accommodation is provided during working shifts, comprising a private bedroom and bathroom. Flights to and from the UK for rota cover will be paid for by the family.

Location
- London and Greece, with regular international travel required
- The family have one dog in Greece
