Job Summary
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Nanny to provide high-quality childcare for their two young sons on a long-term basis.
Both parents work full-time and are looking for a flexible, organised, and nurturing nanny who can confidently take sole charge, manage the children’s daily routines, and support their developmental. The youngest attends nursery while the eldest is at school, making this ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing childcare, educational activities, and nursery duties.
The family employs a housekeeper, so the role is focused entirely on childcare and child-related responsibilities. Travel is also required, making this a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who enjoys travelling with families.
Job Specification
Childcare Duties
Sole-charge care of both children
School and nursery collections
Arts and crafts, reading and learning through play
Park visits and age-appropriate outings
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Managing children's routines and development
Organising playdates and activities
Supporting homework and school projects where appropriate
Babysitting a couple of times per month (pre-booked and paid in addition)
Travelling with the family a few times each year
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will:
Be a fluent or native Russian speaker (preferred)
Have previous experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
Be warm, loving and nurturing
Have an excellent understanding of child development
Be highly organised and proactive
Be confident managing busy routines independently
Be flexible with working hours when required
Be enthusiastic and positive
Enjoy travelling with families
Have excellent communication skills and work well alongside parents
Desirable
Previous experience within HNW/UHNW households
Experience travelling internationally with families
Long-term private household experience

Enhanced DBS required at offer stage.
Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate required.
