Our private client is seeking two experienced, French-speaking Nannies to join their warm and welcoming fully staffed household in the heart of Marylebone. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional nannies who are confident working as part of a team and providing exceptional care within a busy family environment.
The family has five children aged between 3 and 12 years old. All of the children attend school, with the youngest attending nursery, so the role offers a good balance between childcare responsibilities and downtime during school hours. The household is fully staffed, including a third nanny/housekeeper, allowing for a collaborative and well-supported working environment.
The successful candidates will be engaging, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for child development. The family would like the nannies to communicate with the children in French, helping to maintain and develop their language skills.

Duties include:
Providing attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care for the five children.
Speaking French with the children at all times.
Planning fun, educational and stimulating activities.
Preparing the children for school and assisting with after-school routines.
Managing all nursery duties, including children's laundry, wardrobe organisation and keeping bedrooms and play areas tidy.
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children when required.
Accompanying the family on international travel and ensuring a smooth routine while away.
Working closely with the parents and the existing household team to ensure the children's daily schedules run seamlessly.

Candidate Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker.
Previous experience working in a fully staffed private household.
Experience caring for multiple children of different ages.
Flexible, discreet and professional with excellent communication skills.
Happy to travel internationally for extended periods.

Working Schedule:
Live-in, 24/5
Days off will be either Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday, depending on the rota.

The family travels extensively, spending approximately three months abroad during the winter and up to two months during the summer, therefore candidates must enjoy travelling and be able to adapt to different environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a kind and respectful family offering a long-term position, a supportive working environment and a competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000 gross per year, depending on experience
