Private English-Speaking Nanny (Live-in or Live-out) – Stuttgart, Germany

A warm and internationally minded HNW family in Stuttgart is seeking an experienced English-speaking professional nanny for their two-year-old son.

This is a long-term position focused exclusively on childcare and early childhood development. The nanny will become a trusted and important person in our son’s daily life and help create a loving English-speaking environment during his formative years.

Position details

* Full-time: approximately 40–50 hours per week
* Start: as soon as possible, flexible
* Location: Stuttgart, Germany
* Live-in option available with a private Apartment provided
* Attractive salary package: €60.000–€80,000 gross per year depending on experience, qualifications and working hours
* Occasional family travel possible

Main responsibilities

* Providing attentive and loving care for our two-year-old son
* Speaking English consistently throughout the day
* Creating age-appropriate activities through play, books, music and outdoor experiences
* Supporting social, emotional and language development
* Establishing a safe, positive and stimulating daily routine

This role does not include household duties.
A separate household professional takes care of household tasks. The nanny’s role is dedicated entirely to childcare and supporting our son’s development.

Ideal candidate

* Native or near-native English speaker
* Several years of professional nanny experience with toddlers
* Excellent references from previous families
* Warm, patient and reliable personality
* International outlook and cultural sensitivity
* Comfortable travelling with the family
* First aid qualification for children is an advantage
