Temporary Part-Time Newborn Nanny – Loughton, Essex
17th August - 29th August

A lovely family based in Loughton are seeking an experienced, caring and professional nanny to support them following the arrival of their first baby.
Mum is due to give birth around 17th August via c-section, and t he family are looking for a nurturing nanny with excellent newborn experience who can provide both exceptional care for their baby and practical support during mum's postnatal recovery 17th August - 29th.

Days & Hours
5 days per week, 7 hours per day

Loughton, Essex
Salary
£17–£20 gross per hour, depending on experience

Duties will include:
Providing attentive, loving care for a newborn
Following and supporting the baby's feeding, sleeping and developmental routines
Sterilising bottles and preparing feeds where required
Changing nappies and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
Keeping the nursery and baby's areas clean, organised and well stocked
Washing, ironing and organising the baby's clothing and bedding
Planning age-appropriate activities as the baby grows
Taking the baby out for walks and fresh air
Supporting mum during her recovery by providing an extra pair of hands with the baby and helping to establish routines
Monitoring developmental milestones and ensuring the baby's safety and wellbeing at all times

The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive hands-on newborn experience (essential)
Previous experience working as a professional nanny with babies from birth
A calm, caring and supportive nature
Excellent knowledge of infant care, routines and development
A proactive and organised approach
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A current Paediatric First Aid certificate
Excellent references and the right to work in the UK
