Key Requirements:

• Native English speaker (to support language development)
• NNEB qualification or a BA in Early Years/Early Childhood Studies (essential)
• Extensive long-term nanny experience within private households
• Previous experience working in both the UK and overseas (preferred)
• Nursery or Early Years teaching experience (highly desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of child development from infancy onwards
• A calm organised and proactive approach
• Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Professional discretion and the ability to work harmoniously within a fully staffed household
