Nursery Worker
Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: South East London - SE6
Salary: £31,200 per annum
Work Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours per week

Job Description

They are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and welcoming nursery team. Working within a high-quality early years setting, you will support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities while helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education in accordance with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
Support children's emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and accurately record children's progress.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional childcare and learning experiences.

Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
Confident written and spoken English.
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting is desirable.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
