Warm, professional rota nanny needed to support a household in Derby with three children (girls 10 & 7; boy 2). This rota role is designed to provide stable, continuous care and structure for the children on a 5 days on / 5 days off schedule, combining sole charge and shared care.

Hours & Schedule
- 5 days on / 5 days off rota pattern
- 8am - 7pm

Key responsibilities

- Complete morning routine support, preparing the children and managing school/nursery runs (driver essential)
- Provide sole charge and shared care throughout the day, including afternoon wraparound care, pick-ups, and supporting transitions
- Support the children’s attendance at afternoon mosque classes
- Plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities and support learning/homework for the older children
- Support the household in general with day-to-day routines etc
- Light child-related household duties during quieter periods:
- Children’s laundry
- Keeping bedrooms and play areas clean and tidy
- Simple food preparation / healthy meal support for the children (as required)

Candidate requirements
- Proven professional nanny experience with similar age ranges (toddler + school-age)
- Confident driver (essential)
- Warm, calm, reliable, and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a household with ongoing health and recovery needs, working alongside a recovering parent
- Up-to-date DBS, Paediatric First Aid, Right to Work in the UK, and excellent references

Compensation (guidance)

- Up to £25gph (DOE and fit)
