Night Nanny
To support a mother and her 4-month-old baby, EDMAR Int. is seeking a qualified Night Nanny to provide overnight care within a private household.

The position is for 4 to 5 nights per week, from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with flexibility required according to the family's needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality overnight care, ensuring the baby's comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night while offering discreet and attentive support to the mother. Responsibilities include managing night wakings, preparing and feeding bottles, changing nappies, establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines, and creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment conducive to restful sleep.

Support the development of healthy sleep habits while respecting the baby's individual needs and the parents' preferences.
• Provide continuous overnight supervision.
• Assist with bedtime and maintain a calm, consistent bedtime routine.
• Respond to night wakings with patience, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Change nappies as required.
• Prepare and give bottles or nighttime feeds according to the baby's routine.
• Administer medication only as instructed by the parents.
• Ensure the baby's comfort, hygiene, safety, and overall well-being.
• Keep the nursery clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Prepare the baby's belongings for the following day (clothing, bottles, etc.) if requested.
• Clean and organise all equipment used during the night.
• Provide a detailed handover to the parents each morning, including sleep patterns, feeds, nappy changes, and any relevant observations.
• Report immediately any concerns regarding the baby's health, safety, or well-being.
• Proven experience caring for newborns and infants, ideally as a Night Nurse, Night Nanny, Maternity Nurse, or qualified childcare professional within private households.
• Outstanding, verifiable references from previous private family positions.
• A qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Nursing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of infant sleep routines and early childhood development.
• Professional, discreet, reliable, and committed to maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Calm, patient, nurturing, and highly organised.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.
• Fluency in English and/or French is required.
• Schedule: 4–5 nights per week, 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Flexibility is required to accommodate the family's needs.
• Employment terms and salary will be discussed and determined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
• The family is seeking a long-term candidate. The role will begin with a 2–3 month trial period, with the intention of continuing the collaboration if both parties are happy.
• Being authorized to work in Monaco is mandatory
